Structural and design requirements along with application issues, led to the stamping of the metal sheet.
Unlike perforation, stamping allows to get the desired result with just one single stroke of the press.
Basic Materials
Usually stamped materials are: steel, various stainless steel, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper, various plastic materials, etc. Even if it is possible to stamp metal sheets with a higher thickness, generally the stamped metal sheet thickness ranges from 0.5 mm up to 15 mm.
